Prosecutors later revealed the Palmer officer was firing at the tires of the truck.
Josh Karoly, who is representing Scheuermann’s estate in the matter, said they want the recordings to see if a federal civil rights lawsuit against Easton police is warranted.
“We need to get the facts … we’ve been roadblocked by the state police,” Karoly said.
