A Northampton County judge is reconsidering whether to release video and audio recordings of the shooting death of a Wilson Borough man by an Easton police officer due to a recent Commonwealth Court decision.
About a month ago, Judge Emil Giordano determined the recordings were part of a criminal investigation into the death of Richard Scheuermann III, and those records are privileged under the Criminal History Record Information Act.
